Sarah Roberts,MHA, FACHE serves as the Chief Operating Officer, Community Care for Ochsner Health. She is a current fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives. Sarah has received numerous awards in her career at Ochsner, including the Upcoming Leader Award and the Division Leader of the Year Award. In her current role, Sarah has overall administrative responsibility for service line performance and productivity for Primary Care, Urgent Care, Community Health Centers and Ochsner 65 Plus Clinics. Her main areas of focus include access to care, growth, physician relations, and the development of new models of care and enhanced clinic efficiency. She began her career as an Occupational Therapist before returning to school to earn her Master of Health Administration degree from The Ohio State University. She then relocated to Louisiana to join Ochsner as an Administrative Fellow in 2007. Her past roles at Ochsner have included Lean Management Engineering Leader, followed by Director, Assistant Vice President, and Vice President of Medical Specialties. Prior to assuming the COO role, she was the Vice President, Primary Care and Urgent Care Service Lines.
