Adriana Ciltara, SHRM-CP (she/her/hers)

Adriana Ciltara, SHRM-CP, joins us as a seasoned HR professional with a decade-long career in Human Resources. Currently, she serves as the HR Director at Cleveland Clinic, where she spearheads strategic HR initiatives within the Pharmacy department. Adriana has extensive HR experience working in large healthcare systems. Prior to Adriana’s role as an HR Director, she worked as an HR Generalist II at the Cleveland Clinic, and also worked as an HR Business Partner at The MetroHealth System in Cleveland, Ohio.

Adriana has supported organizations with her expertise in employee and labor relations, employment law, organizational development, and talent and performance management. Her diverse experience has made her a pivotal figure in driving employee engagement and fostering inclusive workplace cultures.

Adriana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Conflict Management from Kent State University. She is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). Adriana resides in Cleveland, Ohio with her husband and their dalmatian, Bandit. In her free time, Adriana enjoys Pilates, ceramics, and playing the piano.
