Daniel P. O'Neil, PharmD, MS, FASHP is the Assistant Vice President of Pharmacy at WVU Medicine-WVU Hospitals, the flagship academic site of the WVU Medicine Health-System, and adjunct instructor at the WVU School of Pharmacy. He is also the coordinator of the WVU Medicine-WVU Hospitals PGY-1/PGY-2 + MHA Health-System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership Residency program. Dr. O'Neil earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from LECOM School of Pharmacy and his Master of Science degree with an emphasis in Health-System Pharmacy Administration from the University of North Carolina Eshelman School of Pharmacy. He completed a two-year Health-System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership residency at the University of North Carolina Hospitals.
